Serving Home Office Decision at Reporting Centre

Dear All and most especially @ Infrofreak,

Do anyone knows the procedure that Home Office used when serving someone decision at Reporting centre.

For example, do they ask someone to fill documentation e.t.c and do the immigration officer introduce himself/herself and so on.

Also, I will like to know what happens after the decision is served.

Please I will appreciate any members contribution as a matter of urgency.
