Online payslips only - ILR next month - Company acquired

Hi All,

I am currently on Tier 1 General. Will be applying for ILR next month ( 5 years route).
I use to work for company A which is acquired by B. I am currently an employee of B.
I have online payslips from company A (6 months). I have paper payslips from B (6 months).

Is it OK to submit printouts of online payslips of company A.
Company B which acquired A is ready to put seal and sign on payslips from A.

Please do let me know what I should do and which is the best way to go.
PS: I don't have original P60. I have the printout of P45 from company A.

I think getting seal from company B will be fine. Just make sure that you explain in the cover letter that your previous company has been acquired by your current company. Even better ask a letter from your current company confirming the acquisition of your old company.

My company also does online payslips and P60 only.

I had HR print them onto company headed paper, stamped and signed by HR and attached a covering letter by HR explaining payslips are online only and what purposes that are intended for (in this case for immigration purposes).

Applied for ILR in 2015 and wasn't an issue. I would suggest trying to get HR to print your paylsips on company headed paper, stamped and signed with a covering letter explaining company acquisition of company A from company B etc...
