ILR English requirement confusion

Post by rdee007 » Wed Jul 13, 2016 11:14 am

All,

Another to the list of questions before my appointment :)

For English language requirements, I am taking the below:
- UK NARIC certificate of degree comparability (which I spent £150 on!!!)
- Copy of diploma and transcript (Degree from the US)

The requirement is confusing in the website below:
https://www.gov.uk/english-language/degrees-in-english

It refers to degree and "official certificate from the university confirming that the degree was taught or researched in an English speaking country". Do I need to carry any extra proof that the degree was taught in English (since it was in the US) beyond the above documents?

Your response will be much appreciated!

Thanks again!

Can't answer your question just noting that I found it easier to do an English test (even though my masters was in English) than handle the bureacracy of proving it
