Does RLMT required for Tier 2 General Dependent?

Post by Jack&Jill » Wed Jul 13, 2016 6:43 pm

Dear Experts,

Tier 2 General dependent already working in company xxx. The company is willing to give sponsor. In this case does the dependent require RLMT?

If so does the dependent can apply in country or to go back out of country and apply?

Please advice.

Thanks
Jack

This is to prove that the Tier 2 Dep has not been 'pre-selected' and that a proper candidate search has been done and that no British/EU or ILR person is suitable for the job. Is the employer an approved HO sponsor?

If so does the dependent can apply in country or to go back out of country and apply? Dependent has to apply from home country

Please advice.
