Did you contact your Mp? And result or update from the HO!Samelamin wrote:Same as most people, no CSI while my wife was a student
so we reapplied when she has had 5 years working evidence
But to be honest with the election happening, I am very doubtful that my MP will even look at my issue

The only issue with the letter is that it said "residence card" but when I called the helpline they cleared it up and said it is just a generic letter and I will receive PR.
The only thing that kept me awake at night during the 6 months was the fact that I applied 4 months before my qualifying period (5 years wedding anniversary was February 2017).
Yes it is great we did not get penalised. However, we were living together for a year before we got married after-which I applied for EEA family permit as spouse.Samelamin wrote:aluter wrote:My application was successful and I will get my PR in 10 working days.

Actually we had the same worry, we applied 6 weeks before our qualifying period as our wedding was early December
So that really is good to hear! if you got your PR when you applied early then we should be ok!

Also both my husband and son got dual British and Eu citizenship. I can't wait to join them and not have to keep applying for visa everywhere I go! Which is very humiliating when traveling on business.
