Tier 2 ILR route

Hello All,

Could you please specify what English Test I an my wife should take for the ILR that we are going to apply in Sept 2016?

I had been employed in an University as a Researcher for almost 5 years under Tier 2. I (Tire 2 PBS), my wife and daughters came here with me as dependent in October 2011. We have registered for Life in the UK which is due next week.
