Tier1 Dependant_ Biometric Card Collection

Hi,

I have applied for Tier1 Dependant Child, brought my Kid to UK on 30th June 2016. Been to post office to collect the BRP card on 7th July but to my surprise, I was told to get the "Responsbility Adult" Letter from Home Office. I am my kid's sole taker and we (parents) have our names in my baby's passport.

I did request HOme office to send "Responsbility Adult" letter via the link: https://www.gov.uk/biometric-residence-permits/collect on Last week Friday( i.e 9th July) and its been nearly 8 days, haven't received any reply yet.

Can you advise whether there is another mode of communication to reach HMRC and enquire about this?

Please advise.

Did you not do this or get a letter with the visa from home country?
