SET (M) or SET (O)

Post by MarceSF » Mon Jul 18, 2016 5:50 pm

Hello,
I am married to a British citizen, have been for over 2 years now and we are ready to apply for my ILR but I am not sure which is the correct form I should use.
I find the wording a bit confusing. Your help will be highly appreciated. Regards.

If you were issued with a Spouse Settlement visa of 2.5 years you won't qualify for ILR until you've completed a further 2.5 year period. You should apply for a FLR(M) visa. The postal fee will be £811 + £500 NHS surcharge, or an in-person application at a Premium Service Centre will be £1311 + £500 NHS surcharge.
A1 level English is currently required, but after October 2016 it will be A2 level. You will have to meet the minimum income level of £18,600 p.a, but the earnings can be joint.
