Is Dependent ILR Mandetory?

Post by ytrivedi » Tue Jul 19, 2016 11:14 pm

Hi There,

Can someone please clarify on below point

I have travelled to uk on Tier 2 ICT LONG TERM Visa & recently I have got the PR/ILR Visa.

I have not applied for ILR for my dependents & Just want to understand if it is mandatory to apply for ILR for dependents? or they can still continue on PBS DEPENDANT LEAVE TO REMAIN (TIER 2 ICT LONG TERM dependent) VISA?

As my old visa got terminated & got ILR, I am under assumption that my dependent must have been tagged as an ILR Dependent.
