ILR FORM DEPENDENT/ separate forms for kids?

Post by afzalfinance » Wed Jul 20, 2016 5:03 pm

With apologies I have the same question on another forum but on advise of Moderator I m having it here now.

THANKS TO EVERYONE THAT READ THIS POST AND THANKS FOR REPLYING!

Got my ILR in Nov 2015 based on 5 years in Tier 1 (General) using form SET(O)
Got extension for wife and two kids in January 2016 (Kids born abroad before my ILR) using form “Tier 1 or 5 PBS Dependent”
Wife and two kids qualify for ILR in June 2018 (5 years completion as dependent )
My concerns are:

1- What form would I use for ILR for my wife and kids? Although it’s a 2 years’ time now that I would apply but keen to study relevant form to know what it asks about benefits claimed?
2- If my wife would use SET (O) then what about kids? Would they be part of same form or the two kids would have separate forms SET (O)?
3- Is form SET (F) relevant for kids in my case ?

Thanks
God help those who help themselves

Set(O) for all dependents, ONE form.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
