Entering Europe from UK with UK Student Visa

I am an Indian student doing a postgraduate degree with a student visa in the UK which expires at the end of January 2017. My degree course finishes in September 2016. I am 30 years old. I am living with my mother and stepfather in the UK.

My mother has a an Indian passport. Her husband, my stepfather, is a joint Irish and UK citizen.His parent were Irish. He currently holds an Irish passport. He was born, lived and worked in England all his life.

As a student I am financially dependant on my parents. If my parents move to an EU country would I be granted entry with them? We all would like me to be able to live, with my parents, in Europe ( or the UK) after my student visa expires. My birth father died in India in February 2016 so I have nothing to go back to India for.

Would it be easier to get into other European countries compared to Eire due to my stepfather's Irish citizenship.

Would it be more difficult to get into Eire compared to other EU countries due to my stepfather's Irish citizenship.
