I have 2 issues
Issue 1:
I switched employers in 2014 when my 1st visa ended on 24/9/2014.
My visa stamping date is 10 Oct 2014 but my company start date is 1/10/2014. This is also there in my employment history. Is this incorrect? Do I need to get this corrected ? Also do I count days between the visa towards continuous stay or need to deduct them ?
Issue 2:

I had got my Tier 2 general in 24, August 2011 and I entered the country in 10 Sept 2011. I was sponsored by an umbrella company. My first salary was started in Jan 2012.
As I never got a P60 from my company for 2012 I requested employment history from HMRC.
But in HRMC there is no record of 2011/2012.
I had a NI number as I was in UK on Tier 2 ILR in Oct 2010-July 2011. I can see this record in my employment history.
There is record of 2012/2013 for salary of 40,833 but doesn't mention any start date.
I have payslips from June 2012-April 2013 but nothing before that.
My 1st employer is not very helpful saying he does not have any records now and he had paid the tax and doesn't know why its not showing in record. Is it correct that employers don't keep records?
My Tier2 g via my second employer is valid till 2017 .
Will the missing employment history affect my ILR application as I cant prove my 5years stay Should I wait more before applying, which I really don't want to ? Can I skip showing P60 document ? I am applying for Premium visa service.
Appreciate your time and help. Really confused.
