Applying for ILR- Need urgent advice Please !!

Hello,

I am seeking for some urgent and expert advice. Would really appreciate if you all can please help me.

I am in the UK on a Tier 1 -General visa with my current visa expiring in April 2017.

Please see below the historic dates that I have been in the UK.

July 2008 to April 2009 :On Tier 2 -ICT visa with Company A.
May 2009 : Visa converted visa to Tier 1 (General). Visa issued was for 3 yrs i.e until May 2012. Still employed with Company A.
July 2010: Left UK as I was transferred by Company A to India offices.
August 21st 2011: Returned to UK for a 2 week official trip on Tier 1 General visa. Still employed by same company. Left Uk on September 4th 2011.
Nov 20th 2011 : Returned to UK through internal transfer by the same company A on Tier 1-General visa. Have been continuously living in the UK since then.
May 2012: Got tier 1 general visa extended through Employment + Self employment in India to ensure points towards earnings. At that time I had to submit both P60 and India tax returns. Visa was approved for 2 yrs.
April 2014 - Got Tier 1 visa extended on basis of full time employment in Uk with company A. visa approved for 3 yrs until April 2017
October 1st 2015 - Moved to a new job in UK with company B.

No break in Employment.

Questions:
1) Based on the fact that I entered UK on a Tier 1 General on Aug 21st 2011 and there was less than 90 day break in my subsequent relocating to the UK in Nov 2011 . Do I qualify for an ILR with August 21st 2011 as the entry date? Can i apply for ILR 28 days prior to Aug 21st 2016 ?

2) For the absences in the UK, Do I need to obtain a letter from my previous employer i.e Company A for the absence from Uk between Sept 4th 2011 and Nov 20th 2011? Its roughly 72 days break but I was employed with same company A in India.

3) For all the other absences from UK from Nov 2011 until current date - I have the employer letters from both previous and current employer. I have P60 for the last 5 yrs i.e 2011 onwards. Will the self employment in India that was done for few months in 2011 be questioned during ILR?

4) Last question- If I apply for an ILR based on Aug 21st 2011 as entry date and get rejected - Will it have any impact on my current visa status i.e Tier 1 general valid until April 2017. And will i be able to apply for ILR again?

I hope my long email is not confusing in any way. Would really appreciate if an expert can respond to my questions. Thank you for your help and patience.
