Thanks
Vinny for your reply

did i break my immigration his because of my divorce on 4th April 2014 and didn't inform home office about my divorce or I automatically lose the right to stay once I got divorced and my spouse leave was expiring on 14 May 2014. But i apply for EEA family permit on 10 May 2014.

Am I eligible for 10 years long residence permit ILR.
