Naturalisation Refused - Breach of hours work

Post by hansn » Fri Jul 29, 2016 1:05 pm

Hi Everyone,

I urgently need some advice if possible. My mum's naturalisation application has been refused based on 'Good character' (Chapter 18, Annex D, Paragraph 9.7 (c) due to an an alleged breach of working hours when she was previously on a Tier 4 visa.

Her ILR (10 yrs continuous stay) was originally refused because of the same reason also but then successfully appealed consequently. Could you please advise what options we have - can it be reconsidered (Form NR) OR what ways to go forward?

Thank you, I look forward to hearing from you all.

2) can you summarise basis of the appeal she won on same issue

Success at ILR stage does not guarantee success with naturalisation.
Citizenship is not a visa and is governed by different legislation and with different requirements.
