You didn't answer Casa's question about where the child was born. If the child was born in the UK, it can now be registered as British under Section 1(3) of BNA 1981, because it has a parent with ILR. (If it has reached the age of 10, it will also have to be of 'good character', which is not normally a problem for a child.)tier2013 wrote:Both parents are on ILR and the other child was born before we got ILR.
