No curtailment issued and Vary FLR (FP) to SET (LR)

Post by Tani123 » Sun Jul 31, 2016 2:52 pm

Hi

Background, Student + PSW + Tier 4 + Tier 2 + Tier 4 (current). No criminal history, traffic points, warning or caution, always extended visa on-time, never been abroad more than 6 weeks in one go, collective out days are 150.

University expelled me in June 2016, tuition fee issue. As soon as university informed to the UKVI about withdrawal of Tier 4 sponsorship, me and my wife (she is my dependent) submitted FLR (FP) on the basis that please do not curtail our leave until September 2016 because she is full time MSc student in British university.

Now its 6th week ended and no curtailment letter or decisions of FRL (FP) has been issued. My question are...

(i) In September 2016 I will complete 10 years, so can I vary FRL (FP) to SET (LR) in person (28 days before completing 10 years).

(ii) Now my passport and valid BRP are with UKVI, if I book appointment for 10th August 2016, then would it be OK "now" to request to (the department which is for "further information after submitting FLR (FP) application) that please forward my passport to the PEO where I booked my appointment?

(iii) Any idea how long they will take to forward my passport to the PEO office where I booked my appointment?

(iv) Please guide that which POE is the better option to book an appointment because there most likely my passport would be at the moment.

Thanks you very much in advance.
