MN1 Application outside UK

Can I make MN1 application outside Uk?
How long does it take to be processed, any examples of early processing will be appreciated and
and time frame for getting passport, if outside UK.

Registration is not a visa.

Where was the child born, UK or abroad?

What is the current immigration status of the child and the other parent?

Suggest you focus on getting your ILR first, given you have a potential break in continuous residence for Set(LR).
