Long residency absents

I have total 220 absences in two tours in whole my last 10 years period but in one visit spent more than 5 months consecutively. Should I need to provide any document although I am going to apply on long residency route not 5 years

No, only absence of 180 days or more breaks continuous residence.

5 months in one go is fine and no extra documentation needs to be provided.
