10 Year Long Residency Application Advice...

Post by som1spcl » Fri Aug 05, 2016 10:58 pm

Hi All,

I applied for FLR(0) in 2014 and my wife was dependent but got refused, had FT Appeal refused in April 2016 and now sent letter to FT to ask permission to appeal in UT, means currently on 3C leave, In September my 10 years going to complete, please advice me what to do ?

Shall I put new application for ILR ?
Shall I withdraw appeal first and then Apply ?
If I withdraw appeal is my 3C leave would be finished or I would have 28 days?
Or shall I wait for permission ? In all the cases whats gonna happen to my wife ?

Thanks In advance

You cannot make an application, unless you withdraw your appeal.

Section 3C would end after withdrawal. Overstayer have 28 days to make an application.

Wife may apply for FLR(M) or FLR(FP), if ineligible for SET(LR).
