Tier 1 Entrepreneur ILR 5 year

Hi All, I submitted my ILR application along with my wife as dependent by post based on Tier 1 Entrepreneur 5 year route on 1st March 2016. Within 10 days of my application date the fees had been taken, received biometrics letter and did the biometric registration. From then on I receive an email on the 11th of every month from HO (no-reply@communications.homeoffice.gov.uk) saying "We are emailing you to confirm that your recent Home Office application is still under consideration and we expect to make a decision within 6 months of the date of your application, which is our service standard. If we are unable to process your application within 6 months we will tell you as soon as possible."

As I demonstrated the investment of £200,000 in Feb 2014 when I submitted for Tier 1 Entrepreneur extension, now for ILR I didn't give my company accounts or any documents for investment. Just submitted Current Appointment letter (from Companies House) proving that I am the director of my company from the start till date and documents for one staff continuously working (started to work in Dec 2012 before my extension application and still working) along with Life in the UK pass and proof of English Language (degree taught in English from Indian university).

Now 5 months one week completed till now I didn't get any decision letter except the automated email once in a month and as the days are going I am getting fear.

Can anyone share your thoughts or experience? Anybody got ILR recently in the same route (Tier 1 Entrepreneur 5 year with £200,000 investment)

Thanks for reading and I request to give your suggestion whether or not to call HO or to wait till the end of this month for 6 months to complete.
