Bank statements & pay slips
must be originals and the copy of your passport should be legally certified. Proof of accommodation available during her stay must be submitted.
The crucial issue is whether your friend can submit proof of strong ties to her home country. As an example, the ECO will be looking for evidence such as permanent employment, ongoing studies, property ownership, family dependants etc. The challenge is to convince the ECO that she will return to Thailand without overstaying her visa. How long does she intend to stay in the UK?
You should include an itinerary of how she plans to spend her time here and if you are in a relationship you should declare this in the application to avoid it coming back and biting in you in the proverbial
backside further down the line.
