Yes, many poeple get passports back; I said be aware and don't bank on it as some do not - after all its your money at stake and you seem to have enough mixups with applications already.

What do you meam what is MP? Member of Parliament?

thank you for reminding me for my applications

basically our application is for four people.
1- my wife (sponser) QP
2- me eea FM
3- child under 21 filled section 6 (Eea national)
4- child under 21 filled section 6 (Eea national)


as a result of our application what kind of document the child will get? qualified persons?

Depends what child applied for.
If child is dependent and applied as dependent and proved they are dependent of all valid sponsor then result should be FM RC.
If child is qp and applied as qp and proved they are a qp they should be granted RC as qp.

If you've been in UK over 6 months then another county's RC (if that's what you actually mean by "permit") won't be valid as continuity of residence in that country will have been broken - and your sponsor is (presumably) not there either.
