What application for extension to reach 10 years - Please help

Hope you are keeping well, I am looking apply extension in August this year, I have applied my daughter Nationality on basis of 10 year in the country and born in the uk, I am living 15 year in the country, I applied ILR in 2012 but due to previous immigration 15 days late application error of HO wrong case was made against me and withdrawn but leave expire in 2006, Then spend four year on Tier 1 and instead of of ILR they gave me 2.5 years leave, now again my 10 year will be complete next year,
Please just want to know what happen your application of leave 2.5 because my case a bit similar to your,

My daughter 10 year and 8 month born in the UK waiting her decision of nationality, my son 12 year in the UK, my wife 12 year, little daughter 3 year born in UK too,

Please could you share with me your experience, so I could plan ahead,
