PR - Biometrics Appointment

Hi,

My Belgian husband has submitted his application for PR at the end of May.

We received acknowledgment a few weeks later that the application was being processed, and payment was taken out.

We still have not received a letter requesting that he take his biometrics yet - is this ususal? It has been over 2 months since the application was posted.

Biometrics are not required for EU citizens as EU legislation for PR does not allow such invasion of privacy.

Current timelines for EU citizens is 3.5 to 4 months wait.
