Applying ILR on 10 years basis next week need help please

Hi all,
applying ILR on 10 years basis i need some information about set(LR) form


Q1- page no 14: D13.please state what ties you have with;
.the country where u were born.
.any country whose nationality you hold.
.any country where you have lived for more than five years.
you should tell us any family.friends or other connections with that country.

country: social cultural or family ties

Q2-Page NO 20: E14 please state what social,cultural and family ties u have with;
.the country where u were born.
.any country whose nationality you hold.
.any country where you have lived for more than five years.
you should tell us any family.friends or other connections with that country.

Q3:
I lost my passport on which i have visa and entry clearance stamp when i first came in this country,to cover that my intial residency i ahve all home office acknowledgment extension letters,few bank statements and my kids birth certificates who born here in the UK he is 7 now and live here with me.Do u think these 3 type of documents are enough?

Q4:Currently i am holding tier1 Entrepreneur visa expire in June 2017,should i need to take any documents belong to my current status if need what sort of documents they could ask?

Q2-Page NO 20: E14 please state what social,cultural and family ties u have with; Again, same as I stated above. They are not trick questions.

You need documents to cover the whole period from entry till the new passport was issued to prove residency. What about payslips, P60s, council tax, utility bills, NHS letters, etc. The form lists what HO want to see if you have missign passports.

Q4:Currently i am holding tier1 Entrepreneur visa expire in June 2017,should i need to take any documents belong to my current status if need what sort of documents they could ask? You should take your company docs, CT600, SA302 etc in case you are asked for them. HO will check HMRC to make sure your tax/income is as it should be.
