Completing FLR(M) - 9.12, fingerprints

My wife is filling out section 9 of the FLR (M) application, section 9.12 in order to apply for a second period of leave to remain.
She HAS had her fingerprints taken when she first applied 2.5 years ago but all the information was sent off with that application. The form asks for when and where fingerprints were taken but we can't remember. Any advice about what we do?

Which country you were in and what year it was would be a start.

But first rule of UK immigration is: keep everything on file. For ever.

2014, UK and we think it was Bilston. We will probably put in the date that the residence permit was issued.
