Hello

I came to uk in 2006 on student visa till 2012 and got married to british person in 2010. changed my visa to spouse visa in 2012 (FLRM) till 2014. spent most of my time in pakistan due to parents illness. so got an extension in 2014 on spouse visa (flrm) for another two years. now my visa is going to expire?
am i eligible to ILR now ???? and what form should i apply on?

Presumably you applied for your initial spouse visa (FLRM) before July 2012? If so, YES, you were eligible after two years in that category. SETM is the form you would need to look at.

If it was not before July 6 2012, you might be eligible under long residence? Though your absences might be problematic for this one... It is SETLR, so have a look.

How much time exactly did you spend in Pakistan away from the UK?

Your second spouse visa, did you apply within the UK or from outside the UK?

here are the dates

FLR(M) applied by post: 27/02/2012
issued: 16/10/12
expired 16/10/2012
moved to pakistan from 28/10/12 till 06/08/2014 with only 1 month in between these dates in uk

applied another flrm on 06/10/2014

issued: 13/11/2014
expired 13/11/2016

is anyone in my position???
