Hi i am in urgent need of advice....
My husband who will be applying for ILR under old rules as a spouse on coming 3rd september
And yesterday i recieved a NIP notice of intended prosecution
He was driving at 40 speed on a 30 speed road basically its a road that from 40 becomes 30 but.
He was caught by a police van.
I am still waiting to if he will be offered a course or they will straight give him a fine and 3 penalty points
This is his first ever mistake.
Will this affect his ILR application?
I am abit confused because i read on the set m that all driving offences need to be decalred except speeding tickets and parking fines.
So i dont understand does my husbands speeding come under the exemption or i have to declare this as an offence?
At the moment i need to send of the letter that i was not driving amd husband was then i nees to wait for them to ask for husbands details etc.. so it can take 2 to 3 weeks depending how fast they are it can be a chance that we are still waiting to hear from them when we go sameday visa centre.
I need help what do i do? Will this affect his visa app do i have to declare this ? Even if i still have not heard from the police weather they will offer him course or points with fine?
