Proff for ni class 2 for ilr

i am having peoappointment next week. I am self employed (sole trader) and I don't have intention for not paying Ni class 2. Hmrc changed the rules but in ilr form its asking for the proof of payment. As i am going to pay with my sa. I do have letter from hmrc that I don't have any due ni upto 2015. Please suggest me what should i provide with application. Thanks
