Hi,
Anyone knows how to direct appeal in court of appeal. My permission to appeal in court is already failed.
Now my solicitor asking too much money to file direct to court of appeal. I am thinking to do it my self if that is possible.
Just to let your know it is my indefinite appeal on 10 years route.

Ok up to you, most members summarise their visa history in a few lines, we don't expect an essay. Most will also give the reason for refusal to understand if an appeal might be successful or not, that is of course assuming you have permission to appeal in the first place.

Suggest wait for someone else to advise you, if they can or are willing to.

You will first need to make a written application to the Upper Tribunal for Permission to appeal to the court of appeal, and only if permission is refused will you be able to apply directly to the court of appeal.

You will need to set out where there is error of law and how your case meets the Second appeals test.

I have asked for permission to appeal and that is rejected.
But wants to go now to court of appeal directly but not through solicitor coz cant afford.
So please let me know the process ie forms and where to submit.
