Salary preceding to ILR application

Post by haidri5 » Fri Aug 19, 2016 8:11 am

Hello everyone!
My question is to qualify for ILR on the basis on Tier 2 General Visa, the earning which we need to show(35K) is required for the whole year preceding to the ILR application or earnings of last few months would be sufficient?

Secondly, if someone is not earning 35K and the applicant enters in the fifth year of his/her tier2 General visa, can the salary be increased to 35k? if yes then do we need the new RLMT or to notify Homeoffice? Is this increase possible just a few months before the application preceding to ILR?

kind Regards

As long as your salary is over 35k at the time of application you will be fine. You dont need to notify the home office if you are continuing for the same position and if had a pay rise.
