URGENT: Settlement Visa Wife Refused_ Appeal or Fresh Apply

Hi Guys,

Thanks a lot for your help. This forum is really helpful and I want to thank you all members for answering the questions.

My settlement visa refused as I had given below documents:
1. CT600/company audit for August 2013-July 2015
2. Salary slips/Personal & Business Bank statements/Dividend vouchers/Accountant letter for June 2015- May 2016

Now the visa is refused saying salary slips etc documents does not match for CT 600 period. They have written in refusal letter that you are entitled to right for appeal.

My question is will they consider my appeal if I provide the new CT 600 for August 2015 - July 2016(just finished the tax filing today) and matching salary documents for this period.

If I appeal then does it has any chance for successful??

Shall I appeal or go for FRESH application. Please guide me.
