Multiple PR effect on ILR

I am originally from Pakistan and I am on Tier2 visa.

I got redundant in February and was quite stressed as i had still 18 months left to get ILR.

I applied to canada on Express entry and it got approved and i have to make an entry before feb next year to apply for PR Card.

I have a small question. I got a job and a new tier2 here again and all legal. I am due for ILR next year september.

Can my ILR be rejected next year if they see canada pr visa in my passport.
My friends thinks it can where as i think if i meet all requirements of ilr legally , i will get ilr and canada pr in my passport has notihng to do with them.

Your opinion will be really appreciated for piece of my mind.
