FLR M Refused help needed

Hi i need Help regarding the recent refusal of my wife FLR M application.As i recently got my ILR on 10 years basis and applied for my son MN1 recently.And went to premium service with wife and got her application refused due to not meeting the financial requirement.
1.As she applied for FLR M but they consider it on human right.As we fill the FLR M application.Can they do it?

2.As i was student i was working part time and she was working full time from last February.As she started her work from middle of the February and got £625 for this month and from march she got £1250 until july and still wating for august salary will be on 30th this month.As she started middle of the month so my understanding was they should calculate from mid feb to mid august but they calculate her earning 625*12 and my calculation was 625+1250*5.and she is on cat A salary based.Is their calculation right?

3.I was on variable income and i submitted my last 1 year salary from aug 2015-Aug 2016.As i am on cat B non salary based they took my last pay from aug 2016 that was 301 for two weeks and they calculate it 301*26.As my understanding as i am on cat b non salaried they should calculate total salary for one year which was 10500.On their calculation is diffrent tht was 7826.Please let me know did they do the right calculation.

4.Also they said they are not considering under EX1 because we haven't got sole parental responsibility on child.and its not subsisting.Is that mean they doubting on him he is our son or not?
But i gave birth certificate.

5.As she her visa is running out on 29th august and thay gave her right of appeal.Should i appeal or should i put the new application or should i appeal.

Dear admin please advise me without your help i wouldnt come this far.Please let me know your advise
