i have 33 months visa ( spouse visa ) will end in 12 / 2017 and im worry about my situation when i apply for FLR becuz the water and electricity pills are in my wife name not in our name together ,, is that a problem ??

we had exception from financial requirement becuz my wife have DLA certificate and we have son 19 years old ( not from me )

so we dont have join account in bank but we have separate accounts and statements come to our address and i do pay council tax as well ,, so is anything going to be aproblem when i apply for FLR ???

If you read the guidance you will see that you are required to submit either:
6 documents proving joint address in joint names
or
12 documents if all are in single names. (6 each)

Anything correspondence with name or names, date and address will be accepted.

They should be spread as evenly as possible throughout the 2.5 year period and from at least 3 different sources.

she take benfits around 250 weekly
