please i need an advice regarding my case. i came here in august 2006. in 2012 applied tier 1 entreprenuer visa which i have been refused with an appeal right due to Toeic. So made an appeal and i had my hearing at FTT in January 2016 and judge allowed my appeal and after that home challenged against judge decision and ask for permission go upper tribunal but i will i will be completed 10 by end of this month. if anyone can advice me how can i apply for indefinite leave to remain on the basis of 10 years long residency.. it would be kind if you can tell me the right procedures. thanks
