Hi my younger bro has same issue of tax for 2010-2011 . He revised tax return before submitting aplication for ILR. And also sent a letter from previous accountant accepting it was their mistake but got refused yesterday for reason that this is your responsibility to make sure tax return was submitted correctly in the first place. And income in 2010-2011 doesn't match with hmrc record so your income was not genuine when u initially applied for visa in 2011.Can anyone guide , revised tax return is updated recently last week.so should we go for a new fresh application with in 28 days with new documents received from hmrc or go for JR. .? He is already been for 9 years in this country. Thanks in advance for ur help guys.

The HO are frequently refusing applications due the view that amendments were only made due to an imminent visa extension or ILR.
