Tier dependant extension and NHS

Post by kiranv5 » Wed Aug 31, 2016 2:39 pm

Hi ,

I have applied for my ILR and been waiting for 10 months , My issue is my wife applied for tier 1 dependant extension visa and she is 5 months pregnant . Our visa expired last year oct 30th 2015.
If my ILR gets refused before her delivery, Do i need to pay the delivery charges? ?. She already paid her IHS fees .. her due date is in feb '2017. Everything should be fine if gets accepted for ILR .. little bit worried if get refusal after her 7 months as as she can't travel after 7 months. she also works as part time for last 2 yrs in my company.

My employer is ready to provide me Cos (sponsorship for tier2 general )

Please give me your suggestions on this issue.

Thanks
Kiran
