EEA FAMILY PERMIT VAF5 Help needed answering

Hi everyone and thanks in advance,
Please if someone can help and guide ,I am EU citizen and qualified person,Want to apply for my dependant Mother who is from outside EEA,the above mentioned link and form is so complicated,they asking for purpose of visit and how long going to stay,and in later questions if she is coming to live permanently ? If yes what kind of housing I got and how many bedrooms etc,my finances etc,Should I just give a date when she is coming and leaving and get the six month permit? Later applying for RC? Or should I answer she is coming permanantly and fulfill all the requirements ?
I am very confused and need your help.

For your mother, you will need to provide proof of dependency. What proof of dependency do you have?

Are you solely an EEA citizen or are you a dual EEA/British citizen? Just wondering based on your username.

Only EU citizen and I got proof of 4 yrs Financial support every month.
Pls help with questions in that Family permit form,what will be the right answers?

Thanks for advise practised a lot still confused,like if I just gave some dates when My Momis coming and leaving, will it effect her RC application later after six months? Can HO refuse on basis that she didn't went back as mentioned in first family resident permit application ?
