ILR Query - Tier 2 General - Queries

Hello,

The visa issue date mentioned in the BRP for my current Tier 2G visa is 14 Jan 2014, however I continue to work with previous employer and only start working with the new employer (current employer) in February 2014, after serving the notice period of 1 month with the previous employer.

Could you please clarify whether such overlap could be of any concern during ILR application?

Do I need to produce any evidence that I started work with current employer only after ceasing employment with previous employer ?

I am currently on Tier 2G for the past 2 years and was also on Tier 2G before that.

On Set (O) form Section 12P, could you please advice what documents to include

"For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 2 migrant, documents showing that
you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules."

"For further information concerning the evidence required, please refer to the Tier 2 migrant policy
guidance on our website"

Do I need to include previous employer's CoS, salary slips, P60s ?

it says "If you are applying for indefinite leave to remain in the UK on completing five years’ continuous stay in the UK and your most recent leave has been as a Tier 2 migrant, the rest of your leave for the five year period may be made up of leave in any of the categories listed below."

if you applying based on 5Y T2G and last 5Y you are on T2G then this question not for you.
