Tier 2 visa- change employer

I have recently reviewed a 5 year Tier 2 sponsored visa and am now in the UK working.
The employment isn't ideal for my circumstances right now.
Is there any option to transfer my visa to another employer should they be willing to provide a COS?
I'm still paying off this visa so a entirely new visa isn't a possibility at this point in time.

You can't "transfer" your visa to another employer.

You will have to find an HO approved sponsor, they must conduct a full a proper RLMT process before issuing you a CoS. You will then have to apply for a switch to a new tier 2 General Visa again and pay the immigration health surcharge again.
