Hello to all. I am uncertain as to what kind of evidence is actually required for the 5 year qualifying period in my case.
I have ILR since 2004. I was in full time education for ALL this time till present at UK institutions (school, then undergrad degree, then postgrad degree, and then one more postgrad degree). I have lived at home with my mother, so all the tenancy agreements and utility bills are in her name.
What documents I have for the last 5 years:
1. Valid passport with exit / entry stamps when I went abroad over the last 5 years
2. ILR Home Office Letter
3. Degree certificates
4. Current / former universities' letters stating that I am/was a full time student
5. Credit Card bills (of course, not a continuous monthly record, but somewhat substantial)
6. Occasional medical letters
7. Annual student loan repayment statements that I have not started to repay yet since I am a still in full time education (probably not for all 5 years, maybe 2 or 3 - this is for my student loan for undergrad degree prior to 2011)
This is it. I don't have any other evidence. Is this enough for me to prove residency requirements?
Thanks
