May help others applying 10 years LR with Tier1 Entreprenuer

Hi, Now a days they most of time ask for current status.. I went to liverpool premium service on 11th of Aug. I waited for almost two hours then I was called by a caseworker. She asked me i will conduct a short interview of you. She asked me:
1 - She asked me are you working anywhere.. i said no.. she again asked me are you sure. then i handed
her my P45 which i left my job before my Entrepreneur Visa. She said ok thats fine.
2- provide me your personal bank statement.. She looked in and ask me where this transaction go out.
3- provide me your business bank statement
4- what is the name of your business
5- are you the only owner of this business
6- what is the name of your business partner
7- She noticed a wage slip in my caring bag .. she asked me to give me that ... it was my employee wage slip

Then she said I'm sorry we cant take decision on your case right now and will let you know later. And handed over normal standard letter that your application is valid, we need to do further inquiries and your current status continue.

In the end she asked me if you want to provide any further supporting documents...

This is very common now a days asking from most applicants.

I'm still waiting for response.. I don't know the reason why they withhold my decision.

I applied on 10 years LR. My Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa was issued about an year ago. Before this I was on PSW

Hope this will help most people. In safe side carry all current status documents with you, caseworker can ask for anything but not necessarily.

Some of my friends I new them ... They applied with all same conditions and got same day decision.. Again it depends on Caseworker mood...

Thanks for sharing your valuable experience, it will certainly help the members on the forum. could you please tell us if we have to take all the 3 years personal and business bank statements with us? I know You must have taken for only one year's personal and business statements. But I am asking for people who have been on entrepreneur for almost 3 years and might illegible for ILR now.

Hi, its not necessary .. just take with you but don't disclose to them... if they ask for personal or business bank statement just provide to them the last one month statement.. the more you provide the more she/he will raise points...

And also don't disclose your files or documents in front of caseworker ,, she/he curiously sneaking into your documents and then demand to give me this and that whatever she notice... same happened with me.. she noticed wages slip and immediately asked for it, said give me this wage slip... Hopefully, this help everyone...
