ILR after 6 Year Discretionary Leave Help Please

Post by ajju1977 » Sun Sep 04, 2016 2:00 pm

Hi!

I need some help...

I had a serious illness of my son who was born in Feb 2011 on this basis I have applied for a DLR in June , 2011 but my application was refused in August 2011 however we requested UKBA (Home Office) for a reconsideration in Sept 2011 but they kept the application until Oct 2014 and refused again,I went to the tribunal and my case was allowed in Dec 2015 and 16th Aug 2016 I was granted with DLR for 30 months.

My question is:

1.Can I calculate my time of 6 yrs in UK from my initial application, as this is the same application and nothing was changed from June 2011 till now, We only submitted one application which was refused and delayed and Granted in Aug 2016.Can I qualify for ILR in 2017?

2.I arrived into UK on 19th Sept 2001 and I lived as a student until 2008 when my PSW was rejected for "Deception" and "Lower tribunal" dismissed" my case in April 2011, Then I applied for DLR in June 2011.

Now I have DLR so can I apply for long residence of 10yrs in UK or Do I stand any chances for ILR?

Can any one suggest me what are my options now?

Please help me, I really appreciate your help in this regards.

Thanks in advance.

There seem to some breaks in your long residence but let's see what seniors view is?

Deception in the past may be another issue for ILR and British Citizenship, please can any one advise?
