visa help

Post by scova » Sun Sep 04, 2016 11:05 pm

hi! im a birtish citizen by birth and my husband is american. We've been married for almost 7years now and we currently live in the USA but want to move to the UK within the next 6months to a year. my question is im confused at to what visa i should bring my husband over on. The problem is im not college educated so i wont be able to get a good enough job to meet the minimum financial requirement without going back to college and any co-sponcers i would have would be my parents but they just retired both of them this past year! so my question is since what other visa would be a viable option for us? he does have a skill set in specialty IT services and programming within the medical field here in the USA and make 70k so im not sure if he would be elgiable for any other visa's based on what kind of job he does here... Any input is greatly approeciated

Spouse visa (settlement) or else Tier 2 for hubby.

Or if feeling adventurous take a sojourn in Europe and come via Surinder Singh route.
