Urgent! Tier 4 visa BRP decision letter not received

I received my passport with a 30-day visa on it but I didn't know that there should be a BRP decision letter informing me where and when to collect my BRP. I filled the email form on https://ukvi-international.faq-help.com/ but I haven't received from them yet. So what should I do because I don't have another way to contact with UKVI and I only have a few days before my departure for Manchester. Somebody help me please and tell me what to do!

Go to link below and click the green Report now button. Fill in the form. Should respond in five working days to tell you where to vollect. By the way, you made the choice of collection site when you filled in the online application.
