Urgent on on statement of additional ground

I have done my biometric,but I didn't sign the statement of additional ground,can I still fill it and send it after 3wks I did the biometric or it's not necessary ,if I have to send it what address to send it to ,thanks

Dear casa,I applied for ilr SETO and received a biometric letter ,did the biometric and a form behind the biometric letter as statement of additional ground which needs to filled but I didn't fill it ,do I need to fill it and send after 3wks I submitted my biometric,thanks
