ILR – Tier 2 (G) Paternity pay & leave

Dear Members,

I am filling in my ILR application form under Tier 2 General category. I would like to know whether it’s necessary to fill in 5.6,5.7,5.8 questions for fully-paid paternity pay and leave

I took a 2 weeks fully-paid paternity leave during the month of June, but my overall salary for that month has been paid in full (Basic + Paternity pay) same net salary as every month. And moreover I am only planning to submit July/Aug/Sep payslips only

Should I need to fill this section at all, Please can anybody provide some suggestion

Not required. You need to fill only if your most recent payslip will have the entry for paternity pay.
