Tier-2 General to Tier-2 ICT Dependent Visa

Hi,
My husband entered UK as a Tier-2 ICT dependent valid from March 2015 to Jan 2018. He later switched to Tier-2 General visa valid until Dec 2018. Following Brexit, the company sponsoring him went into Administration.

For him to switch back to Tier-2 ICT dependent, would it suffice if my company and/or I re-declare the sponsorship for him. Please advise. Can we please get the switch done from within UK.

He can move back to ICT dependent visa from within UK.

Should my company re-issue the maintenance/sponsorship letter for my dependent, or can I use the existing letter to declare the maintenance/sponsorship of my dependent myself. Can you please suggest if we should attend the biometrics here, or should this be done by Post. Any reference link or info on the procedure would really help.

You will need a new letter from your employer. Spouse will be required to go for biometrics.
